TamilNadu government release additional Dearness Allowance

Central Cabinet has approved 8% hike in Dearness Allowance for central
government employees and pensioners. Adding the additional instalment of 8%, the
result of 35% with effect from 01.01.2010.

As the same in Tamil Nadu government has also decided to give the additional Dearness Alloance for its employees and pensioners by 8%. The revised Dearness Allowance will be payable from Jan 1, 2010.
